I'm putting together a gaming rig aimed at 1440p resolution with 120 FPS support and I'm waiting for Black Friday deals. Here's the part list I've compiled, which totals around $2089.77. I'm curious about your thoughts on these selections and if there are any recommendations for improvements. Here's what I have:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 140
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B650M AORUS ELITE AX ICE Micro ATX
- **Memory**: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB DDR5-6000
- **Storage**: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB NVME SSD
- **Video Card**: XFX Mercury OC RGB Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB
- **Case**: Lian Li A3-mATX Mini Tower
- **Power Supply**: SeaSonic Focus GX V4 850 W 80+ Gold
- **Case Fan**: Thermalright TL-S12RW 120 mm Fans
- **Headphones**: Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023)
- **Custom Keypad**: AZERON Keyzen with 32 keys and joystick.
Any suggestions on how to optimize this build or save some cash?

Don’t wait too long to grab that RAM, prices are on the rise! If you have your eye on a specific set, snag it soon before Black Friday hits. Timing is key with this stuff!

You're spending quite a bit! I think you could snag a better CPU for less. Consider switching to the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D. It's currently one of the top gaming CPUs and could save you some cash on your build overall. Also, you might want to look into downgrading some other components like the cooler and motherboard; there's really no need for premium features if they're hidden away. Also, I'd suggest a different SSD for your storage—it’s great, but it’s pricey, and you wouldn’t notice the difference in gaming. Here's a revised list for you to check out:

Thanks for the tips! I'll consider the RAM and storage options you mentioned.
