I'm putting together a new gaming PC and I already have an RTX 4070 that I'll be using. I've put together a parts list and I'm looking for any feedback or suggestions before I finalize my purchase. Here's the breakdown of what I've selected:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor - $225.99
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Black - $48.69
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 EAGLE WIFI6E ATX AM5 - $139.99
- **Memory**: G.Skill Flare X5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 - $84.99
- **Storage**: Silicon Power A60 1 TB M.2 NVME SSD - $58.99
- **Case**: NZXT H6 Flow ATX Mid Tower - $107.99
- **Power Supply**: Cooler Master MWE GOLD 750 W - $88.99

This brings the total to about $755.63. Any advice on improvements or alternative parts?

You might want to consider a few swaps to save some cash or even upgrade quality. For instance, using a different cooler could save you money. Check this link for better or cheaper options.

Appreciate the suggestions! I'll look into your recommended parts.

For the CPU cooler, why not try the 7 heatpipe version? It's about $10 cheaper and provides better cooling. Also, check if you can score an 850W PSU, I've seen it going for around $75. You can save more with combo deals on Newegg, which might give you a better overall price.

Great idea! I think I'll go with the cheaper cooler, sounds worth it. And thanks for the tip on the PSU combo.

Your SSD could be upgraded to a Gen 4 for not much more, which would definitely boost your load times and performance. Look into some options for that, it’s a worthwhile upgrade.

If you live near a Microcenter, definitely check them out! They have great deals and even price match, plus you can save a ton on components there.

It's just over an hour away; I might make the trip. They always have good prices!

The build looks solid! One small tweak I would suggest is switching to CL30 RAM for slightly better performance. It won’t cost you much more and could enhance your overall system speed.

Thanks, that sounds good! I'll check out the options for CL30 RAM.
