Thoughts on My All-White PC Build?

I'm considering a complete overhaul of my setup since my current black PC has been collecting dust and looking grimy after 5 years. I want to switch to an all-white build, but I'm not sure if it will solve my dust problems or just make them more visible. My budget is around $2500, and I already have some extra SSDs and an older SATA drive, along with a copy of Windows 11.
