I'm putting together a PC build primarily for gaming at 3440x1440 resolution with a 165Hz monitor. I've got the components listed below, and I'd love to hear your thoughts. Is there anything I should change or any suggestions you have? Here's what I'm working with:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE CPU Cooler
- **Motherboard**: ASRock Phantom Gaming X870E Nova WiFi ATX AM5 Motherboard
- **Memory**: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30
- **Storage**: Samsung 990 EVO Plus 4 TB M.2 NVME SSD
- **Video Card**: MSI INSPIRE 3X OC PLUS GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB
- **Case**: Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case
- **Power Supply**: SeaSonic VERTEX GX-1000 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular
The total comes to about $2277.34, and I'm open to any suggestions or tips!

I'd steer clear of the ASRock board for your X3D CPU. They've had a lot of issues lately, which you can find on their subreddit. Instead, the B850 or X870 Tomahawk motherboards are solid choices that can handle the 9800X3D really well. Also, that 1000W PSU is pretty overkill; you might not need that much power unless you're planning on some serious upgrades in the future. And about that second GPU, just connect your additional monitors directly to the 5070 Ti instead! Other than that, your build looks awesome!
