I'm planning to build a top-tier gaming PC and have come up with a pretty impressive list of components. Here's what I'm looking at: an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU, ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB 360 cooler, MSI MEG X870E GODLIKE motherboard, 64 GB of G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory, dual Samsung NVMe SSDs (a 4 TB 990 Pro and a 4 TB 9100 PRO), an Asus ROG Astral LC OC GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, and more. I'm a bit uncertain about fitting two AIO coolers in my case. If I can only fit one, should I stick with the OC version of the video card or switch to a Noctua fan cooler? Also, is my UPS adequate for this setup, or should I consider another model? Any tips or suggestions for things I might have overlooked would be greatly appreciated!

If money is no object, you might consider the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell with 96GB, but the 5090 is a solid choice too!
You've definitely chosen top-notch parts! But why the two SSDs? Are you planning to dual-boot or something?
One SSD is for the OS and gaming, while the other will hold media files, but I'm open to feedback!
You might want to consider the 9800x3d instead of the 9950x3d for gaming—it's cheaper and arguably offers equal or better performance. Also, 64GB of RAM feels like overkill for now. Stick to just what you need! As for the SSDs, a high-end DRAM-less SSD could save you some cash while still providing excellent performance, or go for something like the WD_Black SN850X if you want DRAM. For your PSU, a 1000W would be plenty unless you really want more headroom.
I'll go with the 9800x3d since gaming is my priority. As for RAM, you make a great point—might downgrade that! The mobo was mainly for the aesthetics and extra power for future upgrades.
Yeah, but let's keep it sensible too!
