I think you might want to go with the 7600X instead of the 7700 since you probably won't notice much difference in gaming performance. Also, a WD Blue drive works perfectly fine and is usually cheaper than the Blacks. You can find faster RAM for less as well. Plus, I recommend swapping your power supply for the Corsair RM750x 2024, which is Gold rated, while the Cooler Master unit you have is only Bronze. You could also consider a Cybernetics Gold rated 650W PSU, which would fit your build nicely and allow for different case options without exceeding your budget.
Thanks for the advice! But isn't the 5200 memory safer since I don't plan to overclock? I'm not sure about changing the case since I think the one I'm looking at is decent.
