Hey everyone! I'm looking for your opinions on my current PC build list. I'm trying to cut some costs, so if you have any suggestions for making it more efficient, I'd really appreciate it. I'm particularly uncertain about the CPU heatsink and power supply—do I really need to splurge on more expensive models, or are the base options sufficient? Here's the link to my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/1v1memonopoly/saved/#view=7zWndC. Thanks for any input!

For the CPU cooler, a Thermalright PA120 offers similar performance to the D15 but at about a third of the price. Also, keep in mind that your motherboard is pretty basic. As for the power supply, an 850W unit gives you extra room without being excessive—750W should be plenty for most setups.
Would the Thermalright still manage overclocking without sounding like a jet? Noise is a big factor for me.
