Hey everyone! I'm putting together a new PC build and would love your feedback. My budget is under $1500, and I'm primarily using it for gaming and some home business. I'm upgrading from a 1070 and honestly haven't had much time to research specs, brands, or prices thoroughly. If you see any areas for improvement or have concerns about compatibility, I'd appreciate your insights. Here's what I'm looking at:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
- Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM
- Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI ATX AM5
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36
- SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 4 TB
- GPU: XFX Swift OC Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB
- PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3 - TT Premium Edition 850 W

Also, I'll be using a Fractal case that I already have. Thanks in advance for your help!

Check out this alternative build I found. It’s pretty similar to yours but comes in slightly cheaper, mainly by dropping to a 2TB drive. It still handles 1080p high and 1440p medium quite well. Plus, if you're willing to spend a bit more, you could upgrade to a 9070 XT for great performance!

Yeah, definitely consider the 9070 XT if your budget allows. It’d be perfect for 1440p gaming and runs great even at 4K on lower settings, all while keeping you below $1500!

Consider switching to a B850 motherboard, which could save you some bucks. You'd be fine with a cheaper SSD too, maybe a 990 EVO or EVO Plus instead of the 990 Pro. Just stick with 2TB and you'll be good in the long run!

Is there a specific B850 you recommend? I wanted to stay with Asus, but I’m open to other brands.

I think that 4TB SSD is a bit much. Unless you have a huge library of games or media, you could save some cash by going for a 2TB model. You can always add more storage later if you need it!

Yeah, I agree with that. I actually swapped from 2TB to 4TB to future-proof for my photos, but I get that it might be overkill for most.
