Hey everyone! I'm looking for some feedback on my current PC specs and suggestions for upgrades. Here's what I've got:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT (6 cores)
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super
- RAM: 16 GB
- SSD: 500 GB
- Motherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max
- Plus, I have a 2TB external hard drive for extra storage.

Lately, I've been dealing with frustratingly long loading times in games, some games won't even load or they crash. What do you all think I should upgrade to improve my setup?

I’d recommend getting a more modern GPU along with a bigger SSD. The Ryzen 5 3600XT is still solid and can handle most games at 60 FPS. For SSD, something like the WD Black SN850X 2TB would be perfect. If your budget allows, consider upgrading your RAM to a 2x16GB 3600 CL18 kit since some modern games are starting to need more than 16GB total.

Thanks for the SSD suggestion! Do you have any recommendations for compatible motherboards?

It’s a good idea to start with upgrading your GPU and possibly the CPU too. If you stay with the AM4 socket, you can just swap those out. But if you think about moving to AM5 in the future, keep in mind you'll need a new motherboard, RAM, and CPU.

Also, since your current motherboard doesn’t support things like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, it might be worth considering a complete overhaul to future-proof your setup!
