Hey everyone! I've been putting together a custom PC build for a friend who has a budget of $5000. After a month of research, I created a parts list I feel good about, but I'm looking for some feedback or suggestions from all of you. Here's the link to the parts I selected: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gnrq8Q. Thanks in advance for any help!

Here's a detailed breakdown of your build:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core
- **CPU Cooler:** ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB 360
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte B850 EAGLE WIFI6E ATX AM5
- **Memory:** Silicon Power XPOWER Pulse Gaming 64 GB DDR5-6000
- **Storage:** Crucial T500 2 TB NVME SSD
- **Video Card:** Asus TUF GAMING GeForce RTX 5090 32 GB
- **Case:** Antec C5 ARGB Mid Tower
- **Power Supply:** Enermax REVOLUTION D.F. 1200 W

This setup looks solid overall and fits well within the budget. Best of luck with the build!

I’d suggest considering the following:
1. Go with a dedicated OS boot drive, like a couple hundred GB SSD just for your OS and essential software. This keeps everything organized and can enhance performance since games run on a secondary SSD.
2. You might want to bump up the RAM if it fits your budget; 64 GB could be more future-proof, especially for gaming and multitasking.

That being said, I think your build looks really impressive—definitely a dream setup! Cheers!

Those are very valid points! I’ll definitely add a 256 GB M.2 for the OS. He also has a 4TB SSD for storage, which is why I didn't include extra. Thanks for the input!
