I'm considering using ITFlow as a sole IT shop for managing ticketing, invoicing, quoting, and some basic documentation for my clients. I'm curious about what others think of ITFlow. Is it a reliable option? Is it easy to set up and maintain, or would it be better to wait for them to roll out a hosting service? I'd love to hear reviews from current users!

If it fits your workflow, go for it! It seems to work well for many people.
I've been using ITFlow for a while now. There are a few annoying quirks with the quoting feature, but overall, it's a solid product. Just not on the latest build, so I hope they address those issues soon!
I recommend checking out discussions on it over on Reddit—especially in the MSP community. There are some concerns about code quality and other issues that might be worth your time to look into.
