Hey everyone! I'm starting the journey of building my first gaming PC, but I'm taking it slow since I'm not rolling in cash. I've decided on the HYTE Y40 white case for the build and would love to stick to a white-blue-purple color theme if possible, though I'm open to suggestions.
Much honesty here—I'm pretty new to the computer scene, so any advice would be super helpful! My gaming laptop isn't doing it for me anymore; I want a setup that can handle games like Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, Baldur's Gate 3, Skyrim, Wuthering Waves, and Stardew Valley, among others.
If you have any recommendations for high-quality parts that are aesthetically pleasing and fit within a realistic budget, I'd greatly appreciate it! By the way, I'm looking to wrap this project up in about a month or two. Thanks!

One thing to keep in mind is that you really should avoid buying parts one at a time. It’s generally better to save up your budget and buy everything at once. That way, you can maximize value for performance rather than just focusing on aesthetics. Plus, the tech world moves fast, and prices shift a lot—so you want to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible!
You definitely need to set a budget before anything else! If you spread out your purchases, you might end up with outdated parts by the time you're ready to build. For example, I'd hate for you to buy a graphics card now and then find a better version out in a month. Aim to save about 20% more than what you think you'll need before diving in.

I have some savings too, but the range for parts can be massive, like from $100 to $2000! I’m assuming I don’t need to go that high unless I’m going pro, right?
