I'm ready to take the plunge and build my first PC, but I'm a bit lost on where to start. I already have my case picked out, but I need help selecting components. My budget is between $700 and $1000, and I'm aiming for a system that offers great performance and solid graphics. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Another solid build could include an RTX 3060 paired with a Ryzen 5600X. Go for 32GB of 3200 RAM with two 16GB sticks. Don't forget a decent cooler, like the Assassin 120SE, and you'll also need a compatible motherboard. That combo should give you a strong performance without breaking the bank.

You can save some cash by going with a socket AM4 motherboard. If you shop around, I'd recommend getting a Ryzen 5800X for performance. Aim for 32GB of DDR4 RAM or even 64GB if your budget allows. As for graphics, if you can snag a 4070 Ti at a reasonable price, that would be a great choice!

When talking about good graphics and performance, it's important to define what that means for you. With a budget of $700 to $1000, you can definitely build a solid 1080p gaming system that runs games smoothly at high FPS. Just keep in mind that aiming for 2K or 4K gaming might stretch that budget a bit too far.
