Hi everyone! I'm considering moving from Sage 50 Payroll to a cloud-based solution. Recently, we had a demo of a system from The Access Group that seemed promising, but I'd love to hear your experiences. I'm specifically looking for a payroll system that also includes HR features and schedule tracking, suitable for the UK market. I would advise you to think carefully before switching! I had a rough experience with Sage, and if you think it’s bad now, just wait until you see what’s out there. Seriously, look for user reviews on other platforms before making a decision.
Also, just a note—some people actually call it 'Rage 50' because of how frustrating it can be! It's a bit of a meme in the payroll community. Just make sure you do your research before jumping ship!
I haven't tried The Access Group, but I've heard mixed reviews. They have some decent features, but also a lot of issues users complain about. Have you looked into other options like Xero or BrightPay? They might fit better for your needs.
