I'm hoping to get some help with my SanDisk Professional 24TB G-RAID Mirror 2-Bay RAID Thunderbolt 3 Array. I had originally set it up with two 12TB drives in a RAID 1 configuration, but once I filled those up, I swapped both drives for new ones. Now, I'm facing issues when trying to access my old drives using different external docks. Sometimes they mount and I can access all my data, but other times nothing happens, or only part of the data shows. I'm curious if this erratic behavior is normal for drives that were once in a RAID 1 setup. Is there anything special I need to do to access this data? Do I need to use the original G-RAID enclosure for proper access? Any insights would really help!

Sounds like you're using your drives in some kind of USB dock, huh? Make sure the docks have an external power supply; typical USB connections may not provide enough juice to spin up those larger drives. It could explain why some days they work and other days they don’t. Also, what exactly are you trying to do with those drives? Just checking them out, or do you need to recover important data?
I've tried a couple of docks that do have external power adapters, so that shouldn't be an issue.
