I'm having a tough time accessing the Secure Folder on my Samsung phone. Every time I try to log into my university Gmail or get into the Secure Folder, I get a message saying, "Unauthorized software is installed. Secure Folder can't be used on this phone." I'm not sure what that means or what steps I should take to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?

If you’re not sure about the eFuse, it’s a security feature that can prevent you from using certain functions if tampered with. You might want to check if your device has any unauthorized alterations. If it’s really giving you problems, consider resetting it to factory settings—but remember to back up your data first!
Sounds like you might be running into an issue with your device's security settings. Is your phone a Samsung? Also, have you ever tripped the eFuse? If you didn't buy it new, there's a chance some unauthorized software was pre-installed.
