Hey everyone! I'm having some trouble with my PC after trying to upgrade my graphics card. I previously had a 6500XT, and now I've switched to a 9060XT, but it doesn't seem to be working properly. The card powers on fine, and the fans are spinning, but my monitor isn't getting a stable signal. Sometimes it randomly turns on, but the frame rate is really low, around 20fps, and my mouse is moving super slowly. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Also, if you haven't checked it yet, make sure your power supply can handle the new card. Sometimes, an underpowered PSU can lead to weird issues like low frame rates and mouse lag.
It sounds like you might need to clear out the old graphics drivers. Start by reinstalling your 6500XT, then download a tool called DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Boot into safe mode on Windows, run DDU, and choose the 'clean and shutdown' option. Once that's done, switch back to your 9060XT and see if that solves the problem. Good luck!
If you're unsure how to get into safe mode, just restart your computer and repeatedly press the F8 key until you see the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, you can select Safe Mode.
