I'm looking for help with an issue I'm experiencing after imaging two new Dell Latitude laptops (models 5550 and 5510) with Windows 11. Once the admin logs out and the new user account logs in, the laptops initially connect to the internet but eventually lose the connection, showing the globe icon in the corner. We've already reimaged the devices and tried several troubleshooting steps recommended by Microsoft, including flushing the DNS, resetting the network settings, and updating both Ethernet and WiFi drivers. Despite these efforts, I'm at a standstill since the laptops connect fine with the admin account but not with the regular user account. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

To dig deeper, you could use ProcMon to capture and analyze the network request sequence. This can help you figure out exactly what's happening under the hood.
Have you checked if the ping fails when the connection drops? If it does, try pinging an IP address to see if it's a DNS issue or a network problem.
You might want to try resetting the Winsock and IP stack. Open Command Prompt as an admin and run 'netsh winsock reset' followed by 'netsh int ip reset'. After that, restart your computer and see if it resolves the issue.
I had a similar problem. Check the network interface card settings and consider disabling IPv6. I've noticed this intermittently causes connectivity problems lately.
