Trouble Connecting My Xbox to WiFi

I'm having a frustrating issue trying to get my Xbox connected to WiFi. Every time I attempt to connect, I receive a message saying, 'Can't connect to the internet. If you have a PC, try to connect to the internet on it. You may have to work with your internet service provider (ISP) to fix your connection.' The options I get afterward are to set up the network or cancel. The tricky part is that I live at work, so I can't restart routers or talk to a tech support person. I suspect it might be a software issue with my Xbox. Any suggestions? Also, just to add, I've solved the issue!

It sounds like you're dealing with some network restrictions, especially since you mentioned living at work. Has your Xbox connected to this WiFi in the past? It might be worth checking if there's any firewall or MAC filtering on the network that could be blocking access. If you can't talk to anyone directly, maybe you need to get creative with finding a way to approach the network admin for help.

Actually, my Xbox was connecting just fine until last Friday, so I'm really not sure why this happened. I can't reach out to anyone for assistance either.
