I've tried just about everything to fix my internet connection issues. I've rebooted the modem and router, as well as my PC. I also did some technical troubleshooting like resetting the DNS cache and IP configurations through Command Prompt, updating and rolling back drivers, and even fully uninstalling and reinstalling the network adapter driver. Despite all this, I'm still stuck with no internet — it just says I'm connected to the local network only. This issue affects both my Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections, but other devices in my home are connecting just fine. I can even use my phone's hotspot for internet access on my PC.

It sounds like you're covering all the bases. Just to clarify, are you having issues with both Ethernet and Wi-Fi? And can other devices connect without trouble?
Have you checked the ipconfig /all output? Look for whether you have an interface up and if you see a DHCP server and DNS server listed. Assuming you're connected to some modem that links you to your ISP, it's also good to ensure that your Windows settings are set to automatically obtain an address and configure the interfaces automatically.
Yes, I see both a DHCP server and DNS servers for the Ethernet connection.
From what I'm seeing, it might help to take a methodical approach instead of randomly trying things. Start from your ISP modem and work your way towards your PC, checking each component as you go. It'll help you narrow down where the issue is.
What’s the first thing I should check?

Yep, both types of connections aren't working, but other devices on the network are fine.
