Hey everyone! I recently reinstalled Windows 11 on my MSI GF65 Thin UE10 laptop and went through the support website to download the essential drivers and tools, including the Intel ME FW Update Tool and the necessary BIOS and EC updates. However, I'm running into issues with the MSI Dragon Center. When I try to install it, the progress bar fills up, but then the installer just closes without actually installing anything.
I've also tried using the MSI Cleaner to remove any previous installations and then downloading it again, but no luck. I attempted to grab the MSI Center from the Microsoft Store, but it didn't have the "Monitor" tab I need, and the usage scenarios button doesn't work either. I even reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch and deleted the Dragon Center files in the Prefetch folder to give it another shot, but still, the installer just fails to install. I'm definitely using the right software for my laptop model. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get this sorted out?

Have you checked if there are any pending Windows updates? Sometimes missing updates can cause issues with installations. Also, try running the installer as an administrator; right-click it and select 'Run as administrator'. That might help it get past any permissions issues. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips! I'll check for updates and run it as an admin. Hoping that does the trick!
