**Universal Parts:**

I'm still weighing my options between AMD or Intel because the prices are quite similar. Here are a few questions I have:
1. Would you say this build is balanced? I want to avoid a situation where the GPU overshadows the CPU.
2. Is the H60 cooler compatible with LGA1700 or the AM5 socket, given that it's previously used an LGA1150 bracket?
3. Any thoughts on whether I should go for AMD or Intel?
**Additional Info:**
- This setup will mainly be for gaming (like Cyberpunk, CS2, Subnautica) and music production in FL Studio.
- I currently use two 1080p monitors and am content with stable 60 fps but want the flexibility to tweak settings from medium to ultra.
- I might upgrade to a 1440p monitor in the near future.
- I've also checked PCpartpicker, but it didn't have everything I needed.

You might want to reconsider the Intel 1300 and 1400 series CPUs. They’ve had some issues with overvoltage, which could lead to degradation.
I’d definitely lean toward AMD! It tends to offer great value for gaming and productivity. By the way, what’s your total budget and where are you located? That can help narrow things down.
I'm in Norway, and the price difference between AMD and Intel is just about $2. My max budget is around $1950. I was thinking about grabbing the GPU first since it's on sale, and then I'll get the motherboard and CPU later.
Are you talking about the overvoltage issues? I’m not in a hurry to purchase a CPU or motherboard yet, but ordering older models can be tough in Norway. I might look for a used CPU instead.
