Trouble Importing Photos from iPhone to Mac

Hey everyone, I'm really stuck here. I've been trying to import photos from my iPhone to my MacBook all day without any luck. This is something I've done many times before without issues. Right now, when I try to import, the little circle just won't start spinning and no photos are showing up in my photo library. Here's what I've already tried:

- I'm using an Apple cable.
- Both devices have been restarted.
- My Mac has enough storage available.
- Created a new library, but that didn't help.
- I turned off iCloud settings on my phone.
- Image Capture is also giving me error messages when I try to import photos to the Photo app or any folder on my desktop, even when attempting to do one photo at a time.

My phone is almost out of storage, and it's slowing down a lot (I have an iPhone 11), so I need to sort this out as soon as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you tried using AirDrop instead? It's a quick way to transfer photos without having to deal with cables and should work fine if both devices are on the same Wi-Fi.

Hey! It seems like your iPhone might be too full to even transfer a photo. Can you share a screenshot of your iPhone's storage? That'll help get a better idea of your situation. If it’s maxed out, that could definitely be why you're having these issues!

Exactly! If you're using up almost all your storage, iOS can struggle with tasks like transferring photos. If you can free up some space, it might resolve the importing problem.
