Hey everyone! I'm trying to install Minecraft by downloading the minecraft.deb file, but I'm having issues. I can't get it to open or install, whether I use the terminal or not. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can get this working? If you need more details, just ask!

Check out the resources we have on our wiki for some useful tips! Also, it’s good practice to take regular backups and maybe try running stuff in a VM to avoid messing up your setup. Just understand the commands you're about to run before hitting Enter! Let us know what file you downloaded and where from, too!
Can you show us the exact commands you used in the terminal and the output you got? Knowing what file you downloaded and the source would also help us assist you better!
It would really help if you could share what Linux distribution you're using, what commands you ran in the terminal, and what errors came up when you tried to install the file. That way, we can better figure out the problem!
