Trouble Sending Emails to Outlook and Hotmail Users

Hey everyone, I'm reaching out because our small company has been facing a major issue with sending emails since last Friday, June 13th. We have less than 10 people in the office and generally stick to normal client communication. It's not just us; we've noticed clients using Outlook also can't send emails to us, so I suspect it's all connected.

I'm the one troubleshooting our email system since we don't have dedicated IT support. I recently set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and they all pass checks. However, I ran tests on Glockapps that indicate our emails always land in the spam folder for Outlook/Hotmail users and completely fail for Office 365. I've made a request to Microsoft for assistance and checked blacklist services—everything's clean. Our domain is hosted on GoDaddy, our website is built on Shopify, and we use Google Workspace. This domain has been around for nearly 20 years. If anyone has suggestions or tips, I'd really appreciate it!

Double-check your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations. If they're all verified and you're not sending spam, your emails should be going through.

Wow, I didn’t know Hotmail was still a thing. But seriously, getting emails through can be tricky! Keep an eye on your settings.

Make sure you're using the correct SPF record for Google Workspace. It's crucial that it’s set to: v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all. This should help with deliverability.

You might want to check if your email is on any blocklists, like Spamhaus. If you're not listed, that's a good start.
