I'm in the process of setting up my new Zebra ZD421 Thermal Printer and have it connected to my PC via USB temporarily while I configure the WiFi settings. I've used the Zebra Setup Utility, and the wizard completes without any errors, displaying the WiFi settings on the final page. However, once I try to find the printer on my network, it doesn't show up, and I can't ping it either. When I reopen the connectivity wizard, all the settings seem to vanish as if I never set them. I don't plan to use the app and was hoping to handle the setup through my PC and then connect via WiFi. Any advice on what I might be missing?

Hey! I was just working with the same printer. First, make sure that it has the wireless upgrade kit installed at the bottom. That could be the issue if it doesn’t have it.
