I recently reset my PC and erased everything. After that, I tried booting Windows from a USB drive, but my computer can't seem to find it. Instead, I just see a 'no signal' message on my monitor, even though I'm certain my HDMI cables are fine. I've also tried accessing the BIOS and boot menu by repeatedly pressing the Delete key and F11, but it hasn't worked. My motherboard is the MSI Tomahawk, which I bought about a year and a half ago. When I power on the PC, the LED lights on the motherboard flash red in sequence, but I'm unsure what that indicates.

Have you tried checking if the caps lock light on your keyboard turns on? If it does, your system might be working fine but the display could be connected to the wrong output. Those red LED flashes you see are part of the MSI's debug system. They indicate which component the motherboard is testing. You'll want to see which one ends up staying lit, as that can tell you where the issue lies.

So if I press caps lock, the indicator on my keyboard lights up? I've used this computer without any issues before, and my HDMI connections were working fine, so I don't get why that would change now.
