Trouble with Driver Power State Failure Bluescreen

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with some frustrating bluescreen issues lately. It all started after I linked my ICue software to my motherboard. When I tried shutting down my PC, it didn't shut down properly, and I ended up having to cut the power. The next day, I was able to boot up normally, but after logging into Windows and being on the desktop for a few minutes, I would get a BSOD related to Driver Power State Failure, and then the system would restart nonstop. I've uninstalled ICue and reinstalled my GPU driver using DDU, but it seems like I don't experience these bluescreens when I'm in safe mode or not connected to the internet. I've also got a dump file if anyone can help me analyze it.

I’ve seen issues like this, especially between Gigabyte Control Center and iCUE. You might want to uninstall the Gigabyte Control Center, restart your PC, and then see if the crashes stop happening. Sometimes these programs just don’t play well together!

Alright, do I need to do anything special to uninstall it, or can I just go ahead and remove it normally?

It sounds like you’re having a tough time! Getting those dump files is super important for diagnosing BSODs. If you can boot into Windows or safe mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files. Zip them up and upload them to a site like mediafire or catbox.moe so we can take a look. Also, having multiple dump files helps us figure out the issue better. If you don’t find any files, try following a guide to configure Windows to create small memory dumps instead.
