I recently assembled a PC using an AM5 motherboard and I'm encountering a frustrating cold boot issue. Whenever I power it on for the first time after shutdown or overnight, the system sometimes starts up but doesn't show any display signal. It can take 2 to 4 attempts of pressing the power button before the display finally shows up. However, I should note that once the system boots, it's perfectly stable with no crashes or freezes. Here are my current specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 7600, Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming WiFi 6E, RAM: Adata XPG Lancer 2x16GB DDR5, GPU: Ryzen 7600XT, PSU: MSI MAG A650BN, and I'm running Windows 11. Any advice on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked the lights on your motherboard when you boot? Sometimes those can give clues about what's going on. When I had a similar issue, the motherboard lights helped me figure out what was wrong with the POST process.
It sounds like it could be a RAM issue. If you haven't checked yet, make sure to note the exact RAM model you're using. You might want to try disabling EXPO temporarily to see if that helps with booting. If it boots reliably after that, it could be an unstable EXPO profile. Running a memory test with memtest86 might also help identify the problem.
What's the wattage of your PSU? I noticed you mentioned you’re using an MSI MAG A650BN 650 watt PSU. If it’s not providing stable power, that could be a potential issue on cold boots. Double-check to ensure everything is connected properly and that you're not drawing too much power.
