I've been using my old PC for a while, equipped with an H61 motherboard, RX 560 GPU, an i5 2500 processor, and 16GB of dual-channel DDR3 RAM. I recently moved to a new house, and before the move, everything was running perfectly. Now, I'm facing a pretty frustrating issue: the PC works for a few hours or sometimes just 15 or 20 minutes before it suddenly restarts. After the restart, it tends to loop and restart again. I've tried removing the CMOS battery, which helped temporarily, but the problem returns. I tested the power supply separately and it seemed fine, but Linux is reporting some ACPI errors, and Windows logs indicate that the power was cut off. I even tried disconnecting the power button to see if that helped, but no luck. Temperature doesn't seem to be an issue since everything is running cool and the thermal paste is good. I'm really hoping someone could diagnose what might be going on with this setup.

It sounds like the new house might have unstable power. Have you thought about using a surge protector or an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)? That could help stabilize things. Also, sometimes when moving, components can get jostled and damaged. Have you checked for any loose connections or other physical issues? Just to be safe, maybe test the wall outlet with a multimeter to see what's going on there.
I hear you on the hardware situation in Brazil; it can be tough to find replacements for older systems. But yeah, as you said, age can bring reliability issues. If you’ve already checked for temp problems and the power supply seems fine, it's worth looking into whether something got damaged during the move. They really don’t like being transported too roughly!
