Are you also dealing with Office license problems? We've had several people reporting that they're getting kicked off unexpectedly while working, and a message pops up saying they no longer have an active license.

We've seen this happen due to sync issues or backend hiccups with Microsoft 365. The first thing I do is check if the user is still assigned the license in the admin panel. Then, I usually have them sign out of all Office apps and sign back in. Clearing cached credentials or using the Office activation troubleshooter often resolves it if the license is valid.
What type of licenses are you guys using?
We’re using A5 licenses.
I had one report last week with an E5 license, but I haven't heard anything this week. Fingers crossed it stays quiet!
I hope you don’t get inundated like we are, haha!
What kind of message are they receiving? It might help to clarify the issue further.
The document goes into read-only mode and notifies them that the device doesn’t have a license anymore.
No issues on my end. Everything is running smoothly, though we did just remove a bunch of unused licenses as part of our annual cleanup when the new billing cycle started.

It must be a device issue because even as admin, we’re encountering the same message. Licenses appear to be correctly assigned, but these problems are happening more frequently now. We have temporary fixes in place, but we need to investigate this further.
