I recently purchased a license for Server 2025 through Tech Soup, and I was excited to see it in my admin panel. However, when I try to copy the license key, I'm hit with an error. I've tried everything, but I can't seem to get the license key to work. Has anyone dealt with this issue before and found a solution? Thanks for any tips you can share!

Have you checked whether you received a MAK key or a KMS Host key? Knowing which type you have could help troubleshoot your issue with copying the license key.
So just to clarify, the error pops up right when you click "copy license key" and doesn't let you see the entire key? That sounds frustrating!
Yes, that's exactly right. I can't get the key to copy at all.
Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes switching from Chrome to Edge or running Firefox in incognito mode can fix weird issues like this.

I think it's just a standard purchase for the Server 2025 16-core standard edition, so I’m not sure it’s volume licensing.
