I'm experiencing frustrating stuttering and frame drops in Halo Infinite on my new setup featuring a 9070XT, paired with a 5700x3d processor on an x570 motherboard and a 750W Gold EVGA power supply. I've connected three separate 8-pin cables from the PSU to the GPU. Strangely, it only happens in Halo Infinite, as other demanding titles like Helldivers 2 and Expedition 33 run perfectly fine. I've noticed that the GPU clock speed randomly drops during gameplay.
I've ensured Vsync is disabled both in the game and in the Adrenalin software, and I set my max FPS to 144 to align with my monitor's refresh rate. All overlays are turned off as well. I've already tried reinstalling the game and resetting the shader cache, and I rolled back my GPU drivers to version 25.4.1. I'm not using any third-party GPU management software, just Adrenalin. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions to fix it?

I’ve got a rtx 5080 and a 14900k, and everything worked fine until that new Windows update hit. Your best bets are to either rollback that update or just wait for Microsoft to release a fix. Not a fun situation!
Sounds like the Windows 24h2 update might be the culprit. I was having a smooth ride until that update, but now the game is almost unplayable with all the stutters. I'm in the process of reinstalling an older version of Windows, but it's taking forever!
I encountered similar problems with my 6900xt on Halo Infinite too. What worked for me was doing a driver-only installation instead of the full Adrenalin package. Might be worth a shot for you!
Ugh, that really sucks. I was hoping to avoid reinstalling the OS, but it’s starting to look like that might be the only option.
