Troubleshooting a White VGA LED and No Display Issue

Hi everyone! I was playing games yesterday when my screen suddenly froze. I decided to restart my PC using the reset button, but now there's no display, and the VGA LED on my motherboard is lit white. I've got a custom water loop with hard tubes, making it tough to remove and test the graphics card. The system had been running smoothly for over a year, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Could my power supply be to blame? Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like your motherboard is telling you that there's an issue with the GPU. Usually, this means the system can't even get past the POST screen. You could try disconnecting the power for about 5 minutes to drain any residual power and then start it up again. But often, the best way to solve this is to remove the GPU, which I know is a hassle with a custom loop. Also, if you have an AMD CPU and you've overclocked, resetting the CMOS might help, as sometimes that can mess with the PCIe settings.

Just to clarify, when you mention resetting the CMOS, are you suggesting removing the battery for a few minutes? I’m dealing with an AMD CPU paired with an Nvidia GPU on my setup too.
