Hey everyone! I'm dealing with a frustrating issue on my PC (MSI B550 Tomahawk, Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 2060). After reinstalling Windows, my file system seems to get corrupted about a month later, which has happened three times now! I have two NVMe SSDs, each with its own Windows installation, but every time I boot from the second NVMe, a disk check runs. I'm wondering if this could be a hardware problem or if there's something I need to set up to allow my two NVMe drives to work properly together.

Have you tried running CHKDSK on both of your SSDs? One of them might be failing. You could also use CrystalDisk Info to check their health status for any signs of issues.
Just a quick thought: have you checked your Windows settings to ensure 'Fast Startup' is turned off? That could be causing the disk checks every time you switch between your drives.
Yes, Fast Startup is currently enabled. Should I go ahead and disable it?

I ran CHKDSK on both drives, and through CrystalDisk, my NVMe health looks pretty good—one shows 94% and the other is at 95%.
