Troubleshooting Frequent Kernel Panics and BSODs on My System

I've been dealing with frequent kernel panic issues on my computer while using Cachyos, and it's getting really frustrating. I've checked the health of my RAM and disks using Memtest and CrystalDisk, and both came back fine. I've also switched graphics drivers for my NVIDIA and AMD cards, and even changed operating systems from Zorin OS to Cachyos. Interestingly, I'm also experiencing BSODs on Windows 11. I've formatted my disks and reinstalled everything, and I even had an IT technician replace the thermal paste and clean the fans. Despite all this, the kernel panic and BSOD issues persist. The weird part is that I only experience these errors during basic tasks like browsing the web or using the terminal, not while gaming. I'm running low on options – my next thought is to downgrade the BIOS to see if that helps.

Make sure to collect dump files for a better analysis of the BSODs. These are usually located in C:WindowsMinidump. If you can access Windows normally or use Safe Mode, you can gather these files and upload them. This will give you the best chance for accurate troubleshooting.

What specific panic errors are you experiencing? It sounds like a complex issue, and without logs or error messages, it's hard to pinpoint the problem. It could be a hardware issue with the motherboard, but that usually shows during high power usage like gaming, not basic tasks.

I totally agree; it might be worth checking the logs to see if you can spot any errors. It could help narrow it down.
