Troubleshooting My PC Boot Issue: Help Needed!

Hey everyone, I'm having a tough time with my PC right now. It won't get past the boot process, and the white VGA light keeps turning on. I tested my graphics card in another PC, and it booted up just fine, which has me pretty confused about what the problem might be. I'd really like to avoid buying the wrong part or, even better, not having to buy anything at all if I can figure this out. I've already tried a few things like removing the battery, switching RAM slots around, cleaning everything up, and using different HDMI and DisplayPort cables. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like it could be an issue with the power cable or the power rail from your PSU that's not supplying enough power to your graphics card. Given the persistent VGA light, I recommend checking that first since your card works fine in another setup.

I've actually tried using two different PCIe cables from the PSU to the GPU. I’m not sure what the power rail is, though. How would I check that?
