Troubleshooting No Monitor Signal on My New PC Build

I recently built a PC with these parts: an ASUS B650E MAX Gaming WiFi motherboard, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, a Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card, an ASUS TUF Gaming 850W Gold power supply, and Kingston FURY Beast EXPO/XMP 32GB 6000MT/s DDR5 RAM. The PC powers on with a solid power button light, but I'm getting no signal on the monitors, which is really frustrating. So far, I've updated the BIOS to the latest version, connected HDMI and DisplayPort cables to both the graphics card and the motherboard, tried different monitors, shorted the CMOS pins, and checked for loose cables, but nothing seems to work. The GPU fans don't spin at all, and there are no debug LEDs lighting up on the motherboard. I've confirmed that the monitor works fine with my laptop, so I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

First off, how did you confirm that the BIOS update was successful? Also, have you tried using just one RAM stick and swapping them around? Sometimes the RAM takes a couple of minutes to train, especially with AMD DDR5 systems, and you might see a blank screen during that time. I’d suggest removing everything from the case and just booting with the basics connected: CPU, one stick of RAM, PSU, and CPU cooler on a non-conductive surface like the motherboard box.

Are any debug lights turning on during startup? Typically, they should light up in sequence starting from the CPU light. If they don’t light up at all when you boot, it might indicate an issue with the motherboard. But if you're seeing the flashing light during the BIOS update, that’s a good sign!
