I just got my AsRock Challenger 9070 XT three days ago, installed it, and everything was working well. I updated the drivers and was able to game without any issues. However, this morning I turned on my PC and there's no video output to my monitors at all.
Interestingly, my integrated graphics work, so I can still boot into Windows 11 and access the BIOS, but I can't get a display from the 9070 XT.
Here's my system setup:
- MSI B860 Gaming motherboard
- Intel 265K processor
- Cooler Master 750V2 Gold power supply
- AsRock Challenger 9070 XT graphic card
My GPU has two 8-pin power connectors, and my motherboard only has one 8-pin PCIe power connector, which I haven't plugged in. If that needs power, I'd have to order a cable since my PSU only came with two PCIe power cables, both being used for the GPU (no daisy chaining).
I've already tried unmounting the GPU and plugging everything back in, as well as switching the power cable plugs on the GPU. The RGB lights on the GPU are on, and the fans are spinning when the computer is powered on.
Should I initiate an RMA for the card, or is there something else I can try? I've included pictures in the comments.

Have you tried booting into the BIOS with the 9070 XT? It could help isolate the issue.

I had something similar happen. Did you update your motherboard drivers? If not, give that a shot. It sounds like your card may not be recognized at all. I’d also check Device Manager to see if it appears there, even if it's just disabled. You could try installing an older GPU to see if that gets recognized, too.
I did update the mobo drivers, but Windows is still not detecting anything besides integrated graphics. The AMD installer also says 'no AMD graphics product detected.' It's confusing because this occurred out of the blue.

I can't get a display with the 9070 XT, but it works fine with the integrated graphics.
