Troubleshooting PC No Display Issue After Motherboard Replacement

I built a custom PC about a year ago with a Ryzen 5 7600, GeForce RTX 5060, and two 16GB Crucial DDR5 RAM sticks, all on an ASUS TUF Gaming B-650 Plus WiFi motherboard, powered by a Thermaltake 750W 80 Plus Gold PSU. Recently, it stopped displaying anything—fans and RGB lights work, but there's no image and my keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. A technician indicated there was an issue with the motherboard, so I replaced it with an ASUS Prime X870, but to my dismay, the problem remains. I'm at a loss and would appreciate any advice on what might be causing this issue.

Have you tried using the HDMI port on the motherboard to see if the integrated GPU works? Sometimes a dedicated GPU can fail, and checking the iGPU can help rule that out.

Yes, I already tried the HDMI port on the motherboard, but it didn't work either. 🙁

You might want to go back to the technician and ask for a detailed test report on your original setup. It could help identify if the problem was ever really the motherboard.
