I've been having a frustrating issue with random blue screens of death (BSOD) showing the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA) error since I upgraded my CPU and GPU. It happens at unpredictable times, whether I'm gaming or even just idling. I've done a clean install of Windows and updated everything, but the problem persists. My setup details are as follows: I upgraded from a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and RTX 4080 to a Ryzen 9 9800X3D and RTX 5080, with no changes to my motherboard, RAM, PSU, or storage. I'm leaning toward possible CPU instability or RAM issues. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experienced similar hardware problems or has advice on how to tackle this. What should I check first?

Have you checked if your UEFI is up to date? There have been lots of issues with X3D parts concerning voltage settings. Also, if you're using the EXPO profile, try turning it off temporarily to see if things improve. I had similar issues with my setup when I used the wrong optimizations.
I updated the UEFI already. I’ve been using the DOCP II profile without issues until this BSOD started happening randomly. Not sure about the specific profile optimizations though. Can you clarify what you mean by using the RAM's full profile?
