Troubleshooting WHEA Blue Screen Errors on My New PC

I've been experiencing some blue screen errors with a WHEA message, and I'd love some advice on what to check. Here are my specs for context:

- Intel Core i5-10400F @ 2.90GHz
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
- Windows 10
- 16GB RAM
- DUEX H510 Pro motherboard (possibly a Brazilian brand)

The problem is rare—only occurring four times over the last two months—but it's enough to worry me. Most parts are new, less than four months old, except for the power supply and SSD. During these WHEA errors, my system wasn't under heavy stress; I often push my CPU and GPU hard without issues.

I've ruled out several causes:
- Completed memory tests with Windows Memory Diagnostic, no errors.
- Performed a high-level CPU stress test with no reported issues.
- Voltages look good as I use a surge protector, although there's no grounding.

The SSD shows 0% health but still functions most of the time. My technician mentioned he updated the BIOS during the setup, but I'm not certain it was done right. I've never overclocked anything. Given that most of my hardware is new, I'm quite frustrated by these errors and looking for suggestions on what to investigate next. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you’re on the right track, but I'd suggest getting those minidump files as they hold crash logs that can help pinpoint the issue. If you can boot into Windows normally orSafe Mode, check the WindowsMinidump folder for any files. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. The more dump files you have, the better chance we have at finding a solution. Also, make sure your dump settings are correct for better analysis!

I added the minidump folder to my post. Thanks for the guidance!
