Unable to Access BIOS After PC Build

I've just finished building my first PC with an Asus ROG Strix B650E-F motherboard, a Ryzen 7800XD3 processor, an Asus Prime 9070XT OC graphics card, G.Skill Flare X5 32GB RAM, a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD, and a Be Quiet! Straight Power 12 PSU. After successfully booting up and updating the BIOS to version 3602, I loaded default settings and disabled fast boot. However, now I can't get into the BIOS at all! I've tried repeatedly pressing F2 and DEL using two different keyboards (including an older USB 2.0 one) and every available USB 2.0 port on the motherboard, but all I see is the Asus ROG splash screen, with no way to enter the BIOS. Windows isn't installed yet, and this has me really frustrated. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

You can also try running a shutdown command with specific flags like 'shutdown /r /fw', which can sometimes force a BIOS entry on reboot.

Since you've updated the BIOS and disabled fast boot, make sure you gave your system enough time to retrain the DDR5 memory, which can take a while. If you didn’t wait long enough, that might be causing the issue.

It sounds like there might be a setting or the BIOS update itself causing this. I'd recommend resetting the CMOS. This often prompts you to enter the BIOS upon reboot.

Are you trying to use the front or rear USB ports for your keyboards? Sometimes, using the rear ports directly on the motherboard can make a difference.

Did you try resetting the BIOS by removing the battery? That usually helps in these situations. Even if it worked once, double-check if the problem still occurs after you try it again.
