I recently upgraded my PC to include a Ryzen 7 9850X3D, but now I'm facing some lag issues. When I stream on Discord, my entire PC seems to lag, similar to being stuck at 60Hz. I've also noticed this lag while watching Twitch or YouTube alongside playing games like Valorant. I'm wondering if the problem could be due to a bottleneck since I'm still using an RTX 3070 GPU.

Check your task manager while running those applications. If you're seeing high CPU or memory usage, that could be the culprit. It might also be due to your software needing more RAM. Also, make sure your CPU is adequately cooled—ideally, a 360mm radiator would be best.
I have a 750W PSU, and my RAM usage is only around 50% while watching Twitch, with CPU usage at about 13%. I'm also using an AIO cooler.
