Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my GPU from a 3070 to a 4070 TI Super because I wanted to boost my performance. I bought a used 4070 TI Super and plugged it into my current setup with a PSU rated around 700W, thinking it should at least boot into the BIOS. However, I ran into an issue where my motherboard wouldn't get past the VGA check. Just to rule things out, I updated the BIOS, but that didn't help either. So, I decided to build a completely new setup featuring a 750W PSU. I even tested the components outside the case, but still got the same white LED and no display. Interestingly, when I switched to integrated graphics, it posted fine, and my boyfriend's 4070 TI also works without issues. I'm starting to worry I might have gotten a faulty GPU. Any thoughts on what I might be missing or if this is a known problem?

Sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting already! Just to clarify, how are you connecting your GPU? It should have a couple of 8-pin connectors. Make sure you’re using separate cables from the PSU rather than daisy chaining, which can sometimes cause power issues. Also, did the seller have any info about how their card was tested? It could help to know how that went. By the way, what are your other specs?
