Upgrading for Triple Monitor Sim Racing: What Should I Focus On?

I'm currently using a pre-built PC equipped with an RTX 3060 (12GB) and an i5-10400F, along with 32GB of DDR4 RAM. I'm considering an upgrade because I'm getting into sim racing and I want to set up triple monitors. Right now, I'm getting around 60 FPS in all the games I play with my current setup. I'd love to know what components I should prioritize upgrading without breaking the bank.

First off, it's really important to consider your budget. For an upgrade, you'll mainly want to focus on your GPU since more monitors mean higher pixel demand. If your GPU can't keep up, you won't see the benefits of that triple monitor setup. Additionally, check the wattage of your power supply (PSU) since upgrading to a more powerful GPU might require more power. If you're looking to get into a decent CPU upgrade, something like the Intel 14600K could be a good choice if you're okay with being on a platform that's not going to see further upgrades. Just keep in mind it may require a new motherboard. Also, let us know your RAM speed; it could help in assessing your options!

I totally agree. Plus, if you're not set on an exact budget, it's wise to go for a good quality PSU, especially if you're planning to upgrade the GPU. Can't hurt to check your RAM's speed too; if it's low, consider that in your upgrade path.
