I recently faced an unexpected issue with my computer when it suddenly wouldn't turn on properly. It would power up briefly and then shut down. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the GPU was the culprit because the system worked fine without it. Given that my RTX 2060 Super has been running for about 7 years, I decided to urgently replace it. I ordered an RTX 5060 from Amazon, as it seemed like the best option that fits my system built back in 2019, and I'm hoping to get my setup running again without breaking the bank.

If the RTX 2060 Super worked well for you, you're definitely going to enjoy the upgrade to the RTX 5060! It's a solid choice, have fun with it!
You should be really pleased with the RTX 5060, especially if you're sticking to your old 1080p monitor! That's a great resolution for that card.
Just a heads-up, the PCIe power cable from your power supply could still be causing some issues. Make sure to check that out too!
Did you try using a spare GPU or are you running off the integrated graphics? If you took out the GPU and are still having issues, the power supply could be struggling too due to the load from the original GPU.
I don’t have an integrated GPU; I'm using a Ryzen 5 3600, so I can’t test that way.

Yep, I have a BenQ FHD monitor, so it should work nicely!
