Upgrading My CPU and Motherboard: Suggestions Needed

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU and motherboard as I've just installed a new GPU (ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9060 XT) and I think I'm hitting some bottlenecks. My current setup includes an Intel i5 10600K, an MSI Z490 A PRO motherboard, 32 GB Corsair Dominator RAM, and I do quite a bit of photo editing along with gaming. I prefer to play games with ultra or high settings if I can maintain good FPS. Given my needs, what would be a budget-friendly choice for a new motherboard and CPU? Should I go for an upgrade to an AMD CPU or stick with Intel?

Before jumping into an upgrade, check your GPU usage while gaming. If it's near 100%, you may not actually have a bottleneck. If you decide to upgrade, consider the Intel 14600K or 14600KF CPU paired with a B760 DDR4 motherboard for a solid upgrade without breaking the bank.

Thanks! I'll try checking the GPU utilization first!
