Hey folks! I've been eyeing a new GPU since RAM prices have skyrocketed. Right now, I have an RTX 3060 12GB, and I'm considering upgrading to an RX 9070. My main concern is whether my Ryzen 5 5600X will bottleneck the performance at 1440p gaming. Should I stick to the RX 9060 XT to avoid any potential bottleneck?

You should be just fine, especially if you enjoy graphics-intensive games. Your 5600X won't hold back the RX 9070 in most scenarios.

Honestly, you'll have a solid experience with either GPU. I got an RTX 3080, and my Ryzen 5 5600 handles it perfectly. Just avoid CPU-heavy games.

With 1440p gaming, the Ryzen 5 5600X won’t really bottleneck the RX 9070. You'll mostly be GPU-constrained, but if you're looking to reduce any CPU limits, the RX 9060 XT might help a bit.

At 1440p, the bottleneck from your CPU will be minimal—almost nonexistent. You'll mainly be GPU-limited, so going for the RX 9070 should be a smooth experience.

Definitely go for the RX 9070! Your Ryzen 5 will handle it well enough without causing significant issues.
