Upgrading My PC: Do I Need to Replace Anything Else?

I'm planning to upgrade my PC and would love some advice. Right now, I have a build that includes an Asus PRIME A520M-A II motherboard, a Ryzen 5 5500 processor, and an RTX 3060 graphics card, paired with 32GB of RAM and a 600W Deepcool power supply. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5700X processor and an RTX 5060 TI with 16GB of memory. A PC builder told me 600W should be sufficient for my setup even without overclocking, but I'm wondering if I need to upgrade anything else, like my power supply or motherboard. Would appreciate any tips or confirmation! Thanks in advance!

Your current PSU should be okay for now, especially if you're not pushing your setup hard or overclocking. If your GPU has dual power connectors, upgrading to a 750W PSU might give you some peace of mind, though. Just make sure your motherboard supports the Ryzen 7 5700X, and you should be good to go!

Thanks for the advice! I just want to avoid any potential issues when I fire it up.

The Deepcool 600W PSU is decent but consider getting a better one later on, especially if you're playing demanding games. The RTX 5060 TI with 16GB will work, but keep an eye on your motherboard's PCIe compatibility. The performance drop with PCIe 3.0 should be minimal, but if you're gaming hard, you might want to look at future-proofing a bit more. Good luck!

I appreciate it! I’m planning to swap out for a Gold-rated PSU when I can afford it. Just want to be safe with my new parts!
